Level Up is founded by Anna McLaughlin and Oscar Godson who are tech industry veterans and leaders. Anna currently serves as Director of Product at onDiem and Oscar as Partner & Co-founder of Bickford+Godson. Prior to that they worked at Vault together which was featured at TechCrunch Disrupt and later acquired by Acorns. They stayed on post-acquisition and worked at Acorns for 2+ years. Their prior experience in building products and teams ranges from companies such as Microsoft, Smarsh, BBVA, Simple, Yammer in addition to starting their own product companies and agencies.
